These South American showoffs aren’t named after capuchin monkeys, but after Capuchin monks and their distinctive hooded cowls (Google it!).    What you’re watching is part of a courtship display: the male moos like a cow, puffs up his plumage, and raises his bright orange undertail coverts to show off to potential females. 😅😏🙊
