Mannnn it has been over 15 minutes and this white lady is causing ruckus on Arlington. She literally rolled a tire up the road and has ran into so many cars including the metro bus. No police car in sight. I called the non emergency they said they’re short staffed 😂😂😂 Maybe instead of harassing people you should actual show up when needed. By the way, no police ever showed up. The crazy lady is now gone. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
