🚨‼️HELP IDENTIFY‼️🚨 This footage was captured on a security camera around 9:11 PM last night. The man and baby seen in the video have not been identified. Additional footage reportedly shows a clear view of the man’s face. Decatur Police Department has been contacted, but there has not yet been a response. Concern has been raised for the well-being of the child, and the hope is simply to make sure the baby is safe. If anyone recognizes them or has any information, please contact local authorities.
