Cellphone footage shows 34-year old suspect Rejean Tabor violently attacking a random woman at a Target in Simi Valley. Witnesses say she was almost choked to death. One woman jumped on the attacker’s back, striking him several times in order to save the victim. At least two women were pushed as they attempted to intervene. Two men were also seen in a violent struggle with Tabor. Employees attempted to evacuate the store before police arrived and apprehended Tabor.
